2007年8月20日〜27日の日程で,米国Washington州Seattleにおいて第1回看護学部学生海外研修を実施した.参加者は学生と教員合わせて20名であった.視察施設は,高齢者施設3施設,小児病院1施設,がん患者や家族をサポートする非営利団体施設1施設,合計5施設であった.今回の海外研修に対する満足度は,参加学生18名全員が「満足している」と回答していた.
The First Student Overseas Training Session was held in Seattle, Washington, in the United States, August 20-27,2007. There were 20 participants in all, including students and faculty. Visits were made to a total of five facilities: three elderly care facilities, one pediatric hospital, and one non-profit facility providing support for cancer patients and their families. The degree of satisfaction with this overseas training can be judged from the "satisfied" responses given by all 18 student participants
