{"created":"2023-07-25T10:08:40.974759+00:00","id":119,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"279a4eee-df6b-409f-a4b4-b1a236278d3a"},"_deposit":{"created_by":5,"id":"119","owners":[5],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"119"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:jobu.repo.nii.ac.jp:00000119","sets":["7:13"]},"author_link":["99","100"],"item_10002_biblio_info_7":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2008-09-30","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"32","bibliographicPageEnd":"18","bibliographicPageStart":"1","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"上武大学経営情報学部紀要. 2008, no.32, p.1-18"},{"bibliographic_title":"Jobu Daigaku Keiei Joho Gakubu kiyo (Bulletin of Faculty of Management Information Sciences, Jobu University). 2008, no.32, p.1-18","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"食品リサイクル法はすべての食品関連事業者に対して、平成18年度までに食品廃棄物のリサイクル率を20%以上にすることを求めている。現在すでに平成20年度を迎えていて、食品リサイクル法は食品関連事業者のあいだで日常の業務に組込まれている。食品リサイクルを効果的に進めていくためには、このような法律による指導や強制という政治的なアプローチが不可欠であるが、これに加えて経済からのアプローチも不可欠である。経済的なアプローチでは、食品リサイクルに関わる当事者たちがすべて、何らかの形で利益あるいは効用を得ることが不可欠であるというところから出発する。これを実現させるような経営戦略のことを「バリューチェイン戦略」と呼ぶことができる。 この論文では、食品リサイクルの活動にバリューチェイン戦略を導入するための理論的な道具立てを確認し、食品リサイクルを実現するための手がかりを得ることを目指す。食品リサイクルは食品廃棄物を分別して堆肥や肥料に変換し、その堆肥や肥料で農作物を作り、できた農作物を消費者が購入して消費することで持続していく。これが可能であるためには、消費者の効用が食品リサイクルで農作物を作るのに必要な費用を上回ることである。具体的な地域モデルに基づいて、食品廃棄物による堆肥を用いて生産した米を店舗で販売し、消費者の効用を具体的に調べて、バリューチェインの構成素としての地域モデルが実現可能であることを確かめた。\nTo promote effectively the food recycle, not only the political approach based on control and enforcement but also the economic approach is crucial. In the economic approach, all members concerning food recycle can have profit or economic value. In this paper a value chain strategy for the food recycle is introduced and formalized. Based on hearing and quastionnaire study, it is shown that consumers evaluated large utility for the rice produced by the food recycle called as the Loop-Rice (in Japanese \"Loop-Mai\").
