They lack thhe concept of user oriented system. In Nordic Finland the innovative model of uswe centered carw system is proposed and being implemented, to provide the seamless care services by full utilization of ICT. Additional research collaboration with Japan extends to study and develop the Care Informatics to support the health and wellbeing of elderly. Further application is in the Finland Wellbeing Center of 2004 in Sendai to implement ICT system for supporting independent living, welfare services, telemedicine and related device development.
