Companies tend to recruit only useful, experienced job-applicants and those who have worked or studied abroad professionally under-protracted economical recession. As a result of this phenomenon the recruitment ratio of new graduates is decreasing. Hence the mission of university is to educate and train students so that they could perform well in society or company. In general, career means job experience.
