| 内容記述 | 本研究では、学生の看護を学ぶにあたって生じる不安に対する認知的評価とSOCとの関連について検討した。 その結果、学生の不安には、専門的知識や技術、人間関係に関する現実的な不安と、対象が不明瞭で漠然とした神経症的な不安が認められた。しかし、それらの不安は、マイナスに影響すると認知するものだけではなく、プラスに影響すると認知するものも認め、後者は有意にSOC得点が高かった。さらに学生のSOC得点は、状態不安得点ならびに特性不安得点と有意な負の相関関係を認めた。またSOC高群では、看護を学ぶ不安がプラスに影響する群がいずれにも影響しない群より特性不安が低得点を示し、SOC低群では、看護を学ぶ不安がプラスにのみ影響する群が両面に影響する群およびマイナスにのみ影響する群より状態不安が有意に低得点であった。さらに看護学生のSOCは、状態不安がマイナスに及ぼす影響に対して交互作用効果も有した。 以上より、不安をあたかも自らに授かった挑戦と受け止め、それに意味を見出し、打ち勝つために最善をつくすというSOCの、積極的なストレス対処能力としての理論的枠組みを支持する結果が示唆された。また、看護基礎教育において、看護学生が自らの不安に気づき、不安がプラスに影響すると認知することを促すために、SOCの保持・増進の必要性が示唆された。 The purpose of this study is to examine the relation between SOC (sense of coherence) and the cognitive evaluation for anxiety of nursing students. We found that nursing students have realistic anxiety with the nursing knowledge, nursing skill, and interpersonal relationship and neurosis anxiety with indistinct cause. However, these uneasiness admitted not only the one recognizing that the students influenced the minus but also the one recognized to be an influence on the plus, and the SOC score of the latter was significantly high. In addition, the SOC score of nursing student showed significant negative correlation with state anxiety score and trait anxiety score. Moreover, in SOC high group, trait anxiety score of the students that anxiety by which nursing was learnt influenced the plus was lower than that of the students which does not influence either. In SOC low group, state anxiety score of the students that anxiety by which nursing was learnt influenced the plus was lower than those influenced both or the minus. And the SOC score of nursing students had the effect of an alternate action for the influence which state anxiety exerted on the minus. It was clarified from this study that SOC showed the result of supporting a theoretical frame as positive stress-coping. Moreover, the necessity of maintenance and the improvement of SOC was suggested because nursing students noticed their anxiety and promoted recognition that anxiety influenced the plus. |
