| 内容記述 | 現在、大学教育においてキャリア教育がカリキュラムに組み込まれつつある。企業においては社員のキャリアテザインが重要な人事施策になっている。また、大学においては学生の職業選択支援や資格取得支援など学生に対するキャリア教育、キャリアデザインの必要性が高まっている。また、社会人では生涯学習としての地域活動のリーダー、蓄積された経験・技能の社会還元の視点からのキャリアデザインの必要性が高まっている。従来の大学教育課程においてキャリア教育は就職講座やインターンシップが中心的なものと捉えられてきた。上武大学では、従来行われてきた就職講座を大幅に改革し、学生の自己実現を支援するキャリア教育として、平成16年度より「キャリアデザイン」科目を導入した。 当研究では、大学教育においてキャリア教育の必要性、国外国内のキャリア教育の現状、企業や大学でのキャリア教育の実践的な取り組み、上武大学で実施した「キャリアテザイン」の考え方と内容、今後のキャリアデザインの課題について考察する。 Recently career education has been actively adapting to its school curriculum at many Japanese colleges and universities because of high needs to help students to get jobs and various qualifications. Whereas for profit seeking organizations, career design for their employees has become important issues in terms of personnel management. Necessity of career education has been increasing for community leaders as well through life-long learning process and contributing their accumulated experiences and skill to their society. In the past, career education at colleges and universities has done by focusing on the placement services and internship programs. However, at the Jobu University, reforming the past placement related curriculums and introduced the Career Design in regular curriculum to help students to design life- long self realization processes from 2004 or the year of Heisei 16. In this article, we assert the necessity of career education at college level, and also analyze the present status of career education at other countries and practical application of other colleges and organization. We also put together the way we conducted the career design and its contents, and various problems we faced when we carried out the program of career design at the Jobu University. |
