| 内容記述 | 人間は誰でも健康で長生きがしたいと考えるが60才を越えるころから身体の衰えを感じ、年をとったと嘆く人が多い。人間は老いて死ぬ。特に生活習慣病が進み、脳梗塞、心筋梗塞などの血管障害で死ぬ可能性が高くなる。老化は避けられない。身体が老いるのが避けられないとすれば精神的に若く生きるしかない。資本主義社会に生きていて、金に振り回されて疲れて精神的に不安定になる人が増えている。うつ病や自律神経失調症に悩む人達は生き方を変えるしかない。どう生きたらいいか私の考えを考察したい。 Human beings feel old when they reach the age of 60 when they feel the decline of their physical wellbeing. Specially high cholesterol, high blood pressure, diabetes leading to brain stroke and heart stroke. If it is inevitable to get old, what we can do is stay being young. We chase money all the time. As a result, we are suffered from depression and mental disorder or neurotic imbalance. I propose in this paper the beautiful way of life to overcome such a vicious circle by changing daily way of life. |
